The first UI sketch for the “Timeline” perspective. This is how we get annotated scans into the system, capture our training data for our AI algorithms, and probably more (like see an account’s history?).
The elements numbered in green are:
- The “whole stream” timeline slider (I don’t like this much, but I can’t think of a way to navigate the whole stream without it).
- The “new scan” button. Probably a better button icon is in order.
- The bills/statements/receipts
- The focused bill/statement/receipt
- Fields OCRed from the bill are annotated to the right of the bill. The user can use the mouse to associate different fields with different data elements if the AI fails, or correct OCRed digits if the OCR fails. This becomes training data.
